I don’t think this kind of image of a college boy being chased by a college girl would be published nowadays.

Wikipedia on Li’l Abner character Wolf Gal:
Wolf Gal: A feral, irredeemable, Amazonian beauty who was raised by wolves and preferred to live among them; she lured unwary Dogpatchers to their doom to feed her ravenous pack. Wolf Gal was possibly, and even probably a cannibal — although the point was never stressed since she considered herself an animal, as did the rest of Dogpatch. One of Capp’s more popular villains, Wolf Gal was briefly merchandised in the fifties with her own comic book, doll, handpuppet, and even a latex Halloween mask.

Moonbeam McSwine was a character in Al Capp;s comic strip Li’l Abner.
Wikipedia’s summary:
Moonbeam McSwine: The unwashed but shapely form of languid, delectable Moonbeam was one of the iconic hallmarks of Li’l Abner — an unkempt, impossibly lazy, corncob pipe-smoking, flagrant (and fragrant), raven-haired, earthly (and earthy) goddess. Beautiful Moonbeam preferred the company of pigs to suitors — much to the frustration of her equally lazy pappy, Moonshine McSwine. She was usually showcased luxuriating among the hogs, somewhat removed from the main action of the story, in a deliberate travesty of glamour magazines and pinup calendars of the day. Capp designed her in caricature of his wife Catherine (minus the dirt), who had also suggested Daisy Mae’s name.

Frank Frazetta was a li’l Abner artist.

Lars of Mars rescues a girl from one of those surprisingly common robots that run around capturing scantily clad space gals.

Love Secrets
Perhaps the war embittered Tom like this … I must be patient! One day he will come to his senses … he must!

Was Tom a communist spy or just a pinko, a fellow traveler?
Assuming a happy ending Tom may have been an FBI agent infiltrating communist front groups.
Or a Real American showed up and beat the %$#@! out of Tom (and got the girl).
1950s American love comic books could be pretty twisted.

I was reading Archie: The Daily Newspaper Comics 1946-1948 when I ran across a panel that startled me:

© Archie
Betty Cooper: Being an usher after school must be prime!
Archie Andrews: Oh, it gets kind of butthole at times!
I find it hard to believe that:
Even in the 21st century daily newspaper strips conservative venues where buttholes will not appear.
Did someone insert the word in the reprint? I remember how Golden Age reprints were defaced some years back.
Daring Love #1
Maybe they went into the barn to just cuddle. What do you think?

Career Girl Romances
Office worker unhappy that celebrity males have girlfriends.

Elvis, Herman’s Hermits and Johnny Rivers fill her erotic imagination.
My Secret Affair #2
Now this was a sleazy comic book. 1950s American comic books were full of heterosexual torment.

Cinderalla Love #11
If this situation has the most common resolution her glasses will come off, her hair down. She’ll be revealed as a ravishingly beautiful woman.

Looks like the young woman is reading a British copy of The Incredible Hulk.

I’m sorry, I forgot to record the name of the photographer.
Detective Comics #359: The Million Dollar Debut of Batgirl
When I was a boy this comic book and the invention of a new Batgirl offended me considerably.

Going Steady seems an acceptable term for transitory periods of adolescent monogamy but it seems to have vanished. Probably seemed corny.
The first teen idol is Fabian Forte. I can’t place the other two or the actress.

My impression is that green became the most exciting special color for sexy extraterrestrial girls. I can’t guess why.

Man O’ Mars Number One. Artist: Maurice Whitman

Phantom Lady’s Breasts
Phantom Lady was published by the notoriously unscrupulous Victor Fox and drawn by Matt Baker. The daughter of a senator she found crime in a skimpy uniform with a device that would block out light.
There were other scantily clad voluptuous female in comics. But the Phantom Lady covers were the purist sexploitation, frequently focusing the reader’s attention on the heroine’s breasts.

After a time Phantom Lady became merely the narrator of other women’s misadventures.

There was a good reprint book published by Glenn Danzig’s Verotik Comics.
At Fetish Pop Culture: The Most Famous Bondage Cover?
Kekkou, Keko Kame, Keko Mask this Japanese heroine of manga, anime and film has wound up with variant English language names.
She ia a crime fighter. When she corners bad guys Keko flashes them with her vagina. The sheer beauty of her genitals paralyzes them so criminals can be easily defeated.

In this weird world of Italian fumetti – comic books – it is easy to imagine there being robots that want to mate with human women.
