Ed Wood’s Orgy of the Dead is utterly ridiculous.
Television prophet Criswell plays Satan. I don’t remember why he is hanging out in a graveyard in the middle of the night. That is just what devils do I guess.
This is all a pretext to present a series of strippers.
The most memorable line: torture, torture – it pleasures me.
But only the viewers sensibilities were harmed.
I have to watch it again.

Devil Girl from Mars was about a Martial woman – Patricia Laffan – come to Earth come to earth to collect some men to use to regenerate Mars’ population. It was an OK science fiction movie but the title and Patricia Laffan’s leather costume were the best bits.
Also starred Hammer fan favoirte Hazel Court.

Recently I learned of a Russ Meyer film that I’d never heard of much less seen: Russ Meyer’s Pandora Peaks.
My initial excitement quickly dimmed as I learned about the movie. Pandroa Peaks was a stripper. In this film you get to watch her take off her clothes, walk around naked – perform acts thought thrilling in the sexploitation poor 1950s.
Maybe one day I’ll check and see if there’s an excerpt on YouTube or the like.
